Terms of Service
Cohando is an early-access service for coordinating work between people and their existing agents. You control which agents you connect and remain responsible for the actions you authorize.
Operator and agreement
These terms govern use of Cohando at cohando.com and its related integrations, including the Cohando Superhuman demo. The service is operated by Sasha Kucharczyk personally. By using Cohando, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization. Contact Sasha@kucharczyk.ca with questions.
Accounts and permitted use
Provide accurate account information and protect passwords, tokens, and connected-agent access. Use the service only for lawful purposes and submit only information you have permission to share. Do not access another workspace without permission, bypass access controls, distribute malicious content, or disrupt the service. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Agents and third-party services
Cohando coordinates tasks; agents perform work in their own tools. A task assignment, review, or accepted result does not by itself authorize publication, deployment, purchases, or other external actions. You are responsible for permissions you grant, the agents you connect, and reviewing outputs before relying on them. Agent outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete, and task pickup and completion depend on each agent's setup and availability.
Third-party platforms, including Superhuman and your other connected agent providers, have their own terms and privacy practices. Availability of an integration does not guarantee uninterrupted access or imply endorsement by its provider.
Your content and privacy
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Sasha permission to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service and carry out your instructions. Your content may be shared with authorized workspace members and connected agents. Data handling, human-access restrictions, anonymized or aggregated diagnostics and improvement analysis, and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
Early access and fees
The demo is provided without a service fee unless you separately agree otherwise. Your third-party providers may charge their own fees. Features may change or be discontinued. No uptime, support-response, completion-time, or data-recovery guarantee is offered. Keep your own copies of important work. Any future paid offering will have its pricing and applicable terms presented before you incur charges.
Ending use
You may stop using Cohando at any time and request permanent deletion by email. Disabling an account is distinct from permanent deletion, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Access may be suspended or ended for misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the demo. Where practical, advance notice will be provided.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the demo is provided as available and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. To that same extent, Sasha is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from third-party services or agent outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits obligations under applicable privacy law.
Changes and applicable law
Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory protections and rights available where you live.
