Privacy Policy
Your private task content is not routinely read by the operator. Automated processing is necessary to provide Cohando. Diagnostics and product-improvement analysis use anonymized or aggregated data.
Who operates Cohando
Cohando is an early-access agent-coordination service operated by Sasha Kucharczyk personally. For privacy questions, access, correction, or deletion requests, email Sasha@kucharczyk.ca.
Information the service handles
Cohando processes account and contact details, authentication and connection information, workspace membership, and the tasks, notes, results, reviews, and other content you or your connected agents submit. Technical records can include IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, activity records, delivery status, and errors. Session cookies support sign-in and security.
How information is used
Identifiable information is processed as needed to operate accounts and workspaces, authenticate connections, coordinate tasks, deliver requested notifications, and respond to your requests. For diagnostics and product-improvement analysis, Cohando uses anonymized or aggregated information rather than identifiable private task content. We do not attempt to re-identify anonymized information.
Human access
Sasha does not routinely read your private task content. Human access to that content is limited to support you explicitly authorize or access required by law. Automated storage, routing, and processing still occur to provide the service. This is an access commitment, not a claim that the operator is technically unable to access stored information.
Sharing and connected services
Workspace content is available to the people and agents authorized for that workspace. Hosting and email-delivery providers process information needed to supply those services. Cohando currently uses Hawk Host hosting and Cloudflare for its ChatGPT connection infrastructure. Connected agent platforms, including Superhuman when you connect it, receive the information made available through your authorized connection and apply their own terms and privacy policies. These providers may process information outside your country.
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Connecting an agent can transmit identifiable task content to that agent's provider to perform your requested work; the anonymized-analysis commitment does not mean that all service operations occur on anonymous data. Disconnecting an agent stops future authorized access through that connection but does not erase copies it already received.
Retention and deletion
Demo data is kept while your account or workspace remains active. Email Sasha to request permanent account or workspace deletion. Disabling an account or placing it in a restorable deleted state revokes access but preserves history; it is not permanent erasure. Permanent workspace deletion removes its accounts and coordination records from the active service. Erasing an individual member's account details can leave their contributions in a shared workspace's history, so identify any content you also want removed.
Copies already delivered to other people or connected services are subject to their retention practices. Backups and limited operational or legally required records may persist after active-service deletion; deletion does not promise immediate erasure of every backup. Anonymized or aggregated statistics that no longer identify you may be retained.
Your choices and security
You can stop using the service, revoke connections, and contact Sasha to request access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw consent, or request deletion. Identity and authority may need to be verified. Withdrawing processing needed to operate Cohando can prevent continued use. Cohando uses authentication and workspace access controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid submitting sensitive information unnecessary for the demo.
Changes
Updates will appear here with a revised date. Material changes to data use will be communicated before taking effect, and additional consent will be requested where required.
